Shopper’s Paradise

Shopper’s Paradise

I was soo happy to return to Atlantis, Paradise Island in the Bahamas! For anyone who has been here before, I am sure you can agree it is a truly magical place! For those who have not visited yet, if you get the opportunity, I strongly recommend coming! Something I love and admire here (besides the water slides, restaurants and gorgeous sights) are the Crystal Court Shops. Stores include Gucci, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tory Burch, and Michael Kors, just to name a few. There is also John Bull, a jewelry store, which contains big name brands such as Cartier, Roberto Coin, Chopard, Alex + Ani, and more. These stores are pricey, but don’t worry, you do not have to buy anything to have fun! I absolutely adore peeking through the windows to see what lovely pieces are in each designer’s most current collections. Walking in the shops are enjoyable because I get to see the interior decorations of the store and I am able to touch the products too! So exciting!!

Besides the products, something else I truly love about the location is the way the hotel designed the small shopping center. Just look at the shiny, marble-white floor and you’ll fall in love with it! I especially appreciate when spaces use theming to make their guests feel a certain way. For example, the shops give me a fabulous ocean and beach resort vibe which makes me feel pretty fancy and delighted.

Besides the Crystal Court Shops, I explored other areas of the resort. Each of the hotels (Royal, Coral, Beach, and Cove) have different themes and decorations, so I walked through each one with wide-eyed wonder and surprise. The Coral Tower redecorated some of their main floor into a modern-themed beach cafe, so I sat back on the cutest sofa I could find and looked around. Even in the transition from one hotel to the next is beautifully themed and decorated. Just look below at me standing in front of a giant display of crystals (they are not really crystals but actually blown glass)! This is located right in-between the casino and the next hotel. I also explored the Royal Tower and posed near whatever unique and beautiful decorations I could find (practically everything in the hotel). Even on the room floors it is not hard to find something picture-worthy!
